Old roots

Today I woke up at 9:30 am and my dad told me to get ready to take Maximus out for a ride in the truck that my dad purchased specially for that purpose.

So we packed up the truck with Maximus’ stuff, coats, water and other necessities and we set off.

Our destiny: Centro Ceremonial Otomí.

Maximus was very excited, it was the first time that he took a road trip with all the family. WE went by the highway and the scenery was great.

We even saw an eagle!

After what seemed lioke hours of this!

We saw a sign! We thought we were lost, my dad said “If we get to half a tank of gas, we start making our way back”.

Then we crossed this valley and…

There it was (Admittance: 6 pesos for parking, 13.50 pesos per adult, doggies free!).

My mum and I decided to go ahead and take pictures, this is the Center as seen from the outside.

We got in the way of some photographers, I have a tendency to do that, but my shots always come out amazing!

Isn’t the view amazing!? I loved this! The fresh air made my eyes all watery and irritated, I need smog to survive. I even started to get sick! WFT? Indeed.

We went into the museum.

This pics are illegal, but I managed to sneak a few in my camera without the guard noticing. Aren’t I a cunning little thing?

We went back to the truck, Maximus was very tired.

A duck lake I deemed interesting enough to be posted n_n.

My little adventure

Yesterday I didn’t do anything interesting but ask Maximus to pose while I took some pictures, BTW he’s going to the doggie salon today n_n.

I also played a lot of Rachet and Clank!! I loooove that game *_*!

Like at three o’clock, my mum told me to eat fast and get ready (I was in my pajamas, yes I’m lazy ). I was like WTF? Where are we going? and she told me that we were going to go to meet Tsuneo-san and Vicky for dinner at a very posh japanese restaurant in the city. You can guess that 5 minutes later I was ready to go n_n (OK it was more like an hour and a half u_u).

I was wearing:

• Hurley Lyrics T-shirt
• Sicko 19 ripped jeans
• Zara jacket
• Brantano pumps

My mum really liked this this thing (we were at Vicky’s house)

The restaurant is called FUJI, it is located in Río Pánuco just two blocks away from El Ángel de la Independencia.

I really liked the entrance n_n.

Tsuneo and Vicky. Tsuneo ordered all the food for us, I was scared at first ~_~.

My sister arrived later because she came from work.

Here I was eating some snacks but I didn’t take a picture of them .

This is a kind of Japanese soup which is very condimented and has a kind of sweet flavor. You are supposed to take some of it wit is simmering and put it into a little bowl containing a raw egg and eat it. By itself it tastes great but the egg made it way too sweet for my taste. BTW, I want a magic pan!!!

This is raw slices of meat, you are supposed to put it in the simmering soup and it gets cooked instantly, only my dad attempted to eat it raw, and he loooved it ~_~.

This was another kind of soup, the difference is that you didn’t have to combine this one with the raw egg. I didn’t taste it though.

All of us eating away like it was our last supper.

Fried rice, love love love love ♥_♥.

Iced tempura!!! With chocolate. My sister and I asked for one for the both of us but since we couldn’t agree n a sauce they split the tempura and gave half with chocolate and half with strawberry to her.

Then we had some sake, KAMPAI!

I really liked this tea pot.

Wow! I can’t believe it!

Today, it was the first time that I straightened my hair by myself. With no help at all!

I have to say that, honestly, Alekz should get a perm and have straight hair. Javi ended up with three more personalities: Javi-emo, Javi-johnny Depp and Javi-guy from Wayne’s World. Alekz complained a lot, he was like: you’re pulling my hair, you’re pushing my head, it burns! Not even I (the biggest whiner on this Earth) complain that much.

I can’t say anything about Isaac because I left before Liz put him under the iron.

The concert ended and then they showed fireworks. I had a great time but ended up tired as hell!

Doodling during class

Well, I’m in Data Structure right now.

No, no pigtails yet, with the new haircut, I can’t get cute pigtails as before u_u.

Well, my Accounting exam went terribly. First the professor changed me from my usual spot, then he sat me next to A! WTF?

Yes, A is THE guy whose guts I hate! There is no object in dwelling more about that, even thoug it was quite bothersome for me.

I didn’t do good on my exam and that’s all I’m going to say about that.

Yesterday my friends went climbing, Alekz, GeNmA, Diego, Liz, and Midori went along with the Russian and other people. Here are the pics .

Well, that’s all from me now. My teachers is talking and I should listen.

Nouveau cheveux

Today I wasn’t going to go out at all because of exams and stuff but my mum talked me into getting my hair cut.

As many of you can see from my previous photo posts my hair is extremely curly, long and way too damaged. Add to that the disaster of bangs that I have going on. Well, needless to say you have a recipe for a perfect bird’s nest on your head.

I headed to the salon with my mum, I asked for my stylist but they said that she didn’t work there anymore, so my mum’s stylist took care of me today.

Enough of my babbling!

Here it is, my new look!

It is much more shorter than it was before, I got loads of layers and much shorter fringe (bangs). With the new fringe I feel like Yukari from Paradise Kiss, you know without the whole looooong and black straight hair. Just the fringe n_n.

I also think that I might look like I’m a cartoon once it’s completely dry.

I love it right now but we’ll see how it holds up to my crazy schedule and life.

Not so lazy day!

As I said yesterday, I didn’t go to college today!

I woke up at 9:17, had breakfast and then I set up to print stuff!

I printed the Data Structure Presentations and all the stuff that the Faith teacher sent us. I’m happy to say that everything has been successfully filed and organized in chronological order.

Why so surprised? I can organize things too, I can have my life in order if I want to…

I know it only happens once every 5 years, but it happens. Yeah, I’ joking now.

Since I have noting else to say here’s a picture of me in my pajamas (apparently it is not spelled pijamas, weird *shurgs*).

I have to get all this done TODAY because I want to go see Juno with Liz on Thursday.

Pigtails!!!

Since I re-dyed my hair, I’ve found out that I look really good in pigtails, which I haven’t done since I was like 14 or 15. I thought they made me look weird because of my curls.

But now, I like them a lot! So much that I get them done everyday during class.

Oh and this weekend I mixed up my nailpolish and perfected the perfect Barbie Pink TM nail polish!

Yes, I was bored and I had my camera handy n_n.

I’m not going to school tomorrow and I’m very happy!!!
