Holidays! Finally!

Today I didn’t go to school, I felt lazy and told my parents that I’m not going. As the good girl I am, I sent in all my homework and asked Liz to tell our teachers.

Yesterday Alekz adopted Liz and I. After a nice hamburger and Dragon Ball Z, we went to play Guitar Hero, Liz is already very good, I’m not, and Alekz doesn’t count because he plays on expert n_n. I got to play The Devil Went Down To Georgia and I got so messed up XD. It was very funny.

Then Alekz took out Dance Dance Revolution and OMG, his feet wer independent from the rest of his body, Liz was very skeptical about the whole thing and I gout to dance a Japanese cumbia n_n.

It was great n_n. Alekz lent me his binders of PS2 games and let me tell you, I plan on playing for a very long time.

It seems that I got a new pen pal, she’s from Germany and 20. Cool uh?

This week has been extremely good, there is so much that I’m thankful for:

♥ Getting good grades on my exams: Including 95 on Operative Systems and 90 on Microeconomics. I’m so proud!
♥ Having straight hair, I managed to straighten my hair by myself and keep it intact for 3 complete days.
♥ The last week of classes. Tomorrow is the last day and I’ll be free for two weeks.
♥ My sister coming back. She went to San Diego on Tuesday and she arrives tonight.
♥ Finishing my homework, right now I’m homework free for the next two weeks.
♥ DFintivo.com, now I can get the scoop on stuff going on around the city.
♥ Elizabeth’s email, they just make my day .
♥ Using a webcam
♥ Watching Liz work and work and work .

Straight hair bootcamp: Day 3 Part 2 FINAL

It’s been three days now. Three days of straight hair, I just got off the shower, my curly self back again. I feel weird. Nothing much happened, I wore Alekz’ cap all day n_n. I love that thing, it’s great.

That reminds me: DO NOT TAKE IT TO THE MISSIONS!!! I FORBID IT!

Well, back to the hair, I was really satisfied with how my little experiment turned out. I didn’t expect for it to look and feel so good. Some last pics:

Straight hair bootcamp: Day 3 Part 1

OMG! I can’t believe I’m actually on my third day with straight hair! Mind you, it has happened before but normally by now I put my hair up in a ponytail or I braid it.

Not this time!

My hair is very straight and since I just brushed it, it feels really smooth and nice.

In the morning I just did a bit of general re-touching (10 minutes) and re-did my bangs (5 minutes). It was all very fast and easy. A quick brushing after that and I as ready to go.

After the first round of morning classes and jogging around school during service, my hair looks great (if I say so myself!). I like how it shines!!! *_*

Great news: I finally finished the OS practice!!! The one that has been haunting me for the last two to three weeks.

More on that later.

Straight hair bootcamp: Day 2 Part 2

Alekz is right, Dr. Phil will always be Dr. Phil.

My mum just put on an Alexander McQueen perfume that stinks! Now it is all over my room, eugh! I mean, that man can surely make clothes, but he should stay away from the fragrance department.

Well, my hair has endured another shower (of course it remained dry as hell) I’m very happy, the only thing is that I’m not used to not washing ,my hair, I wash it everyday! Well, now you now my cleaning habits n_n.

The thing that I’m really loving right now is that my hair is getting heavy and it is oh so much easier to handle. Well, that and that my hair looks really Red, like a Ruby Red right now.

Well, I’m programming right now and i’m not loving it. I hate my Data Structure class!

Straight hair bootcamp: Day 2 part 1

So far, everything’s been good.

In the morning I did a little retouching to my bags/fringe and a little to the back. The bad thing is that I’m way too hot and it is getting humid here.

My first clas was really boring and Frodo decided to go all Dr. Phil on me. WTF? If I don’t want to have a boyfriend it is my damn business, not his! Apart from that I had a fun time palying with the puppets Dearest and Laura did for their puppetry show .

Right now I have nothing to do, I didn’t bring my stuff to finish my homework so I’m just enjoying listening to dearest’s play. It’s so funny n_n.

Straight hair bootcamp: Day 1

Well, today was the first day of test to my straight hair.

I must say that it did hold up quite well, I got incredible reactions from all my friends and even from Russian n_n.

So far the only encounter I had with water was when I was getting to my internship and I passed next to the sprinklers and some water got in my hair. Luckily it wasn’t something that a little brushing couldn’t repair. I’ll be retouching my hair tomorrow morning though. When my three days with straight hair are over, I’ll be posting my straightening secrets so that you all curly people out there can get perfect straight hair n_n.

What else happened today?

I passed out in the Library next to Liz (I mean that I slept for about half an hour). In Electricity, Russian defended Alekz from Largo’s “bad treatments”. It was kind of weird but very surprising. Jerry bit me!!!

Working like the rent is due tonight!

Yes, I’ve been watching a lot of America’s Next Top Model. The new cycle is fine so far. I disliked Kimberly since day 1 because she didn’t say anything at all. Hearing her talk was “like… mm… like and like”. anyways, my favourite girl looks-wise is Katarzyna, she’s really pretty and her eyes are gorgeous. As for personality-wise, I like Lauren and Claire. Claire is so grateful for being there i’s cute and Lauren is very awkward, that makes me like her.

As for other things, I hate Stacy-Ann’s voice, it’s even more high pitched than mine and believe me that you can’t get any more high pitch than my voice. I don’t like Fatima, she’s way too skinny and way too passive aggressive. She creates conflict and “doesn’t notice at all”.

So far the photo shoots have really disappointed me. They been fine but nothing compared to other cycles. I think that this show is just going downwards, like Britney.

Apart from that, today I brought my Vogue to college because Sara wanted to see it. Javi and Alekz got a hold of it (and I have a pic) and they were just looking through it and saying really raunchy comments and making fun of everything. I’m getting a Vogue Homme for them, just to see their reaction n_n.

Well, I’m off to do something productive.
